Olive oil  1 tbsp., Garlic cloves 8, onion 2 large, Bay leaf 1, Whole pepper corn 1/2 tea sp,

Carrot 4, Tomatoes 2, Water 2 gallon, Celery 4 stalks, Spring onions 4 stalks, Parseley 10 sprigs. Salt. 5분간 볶다가, water 1 gallon (16 cups) 를 부어 45~ 60분 simmer.  시간이 길면 flavor 가 없어진다.
