4. How do we Make New Energy a Reality?

The major obstacle in developing these New Energy devices has been the large oil companies suppressing the knowledge of infinite energy. Similar to “Who Killed the Electric Car,” the interest to keep these technologies secret is driven by profit.

In a time of escalating crisis, we need to free ourselves from the grips of centralization. Centralization of energy, food, currency or any resource for that matter makes local communities less resilient to global instability. Currently, if one thing shuts down, as we’re seeing with the global economy, it effects the entire planet. This is something that has been purposely perpetuated through the IMF, World Bank and large multinational corporations from after the second world war to now. [1]

I hate to say it but, “we had a good run.” It’s time now to update our knowledge and our technology to the level where we really are at. No more can these understandings be privy to the depths of a military corridor or top-secret fighter jet - it’s time we, as the public, begin to demand real answers from our scientific community.

We all know we’re going to need to shift off of oil. We all know that no matter what happens, some major restructuring is going to occur. We can all feel it deep down in our bones - we are on the verge of a major paradigm shift! This understanding of the Universe - that we have infinite energy all around us - is just the beginning of the discoveries we are going to make as a civilization.

It’s about “how we are going to work together” now. We need to create a permanent system on the planet that’s resilient and actually here to stay, rather then throwing ourselves into an infinite growth curve that has no real value except to consume goods and services yearly. We already have the answers to our problems - it’s about coordinating ourselves now to get this information out there on all levels - from public officials, to academics, to the general public. It’s up to us to begin illustrating the vision of the future - what does the world look like with free energy devices? Ask yourself, what is really possible? The only limitations we have are the ones we place on ourselves. Nature is ready to shower us in abundance! I think many of us have seen enough science fiction movies to know that eventually we are going to be a space barring civilization.

The question is, are we going to make it that far?

So what can you do? You can begin by supporting The Orion Project. I’ve personally made a $100 donation to their organization, it may not be much but, I believe the work they’re doing is absolutely valuable and they are truly pioneers for the new world.
