This colorful salad, inspired by the flavors of Asia, is a great recipe for raw food beginners to start with, because the ingredients are mostly familiar and easy to find, it doesn't require any special equipment, and of course, it's super tasty! This salad reminds me a bit of a Chinese ramen noodle and cabbage salad, only of course there's no ramen noodles, but go ahead and add some raw shredded cabbage, if you'd like!
It really is easy to make a raw nut milk, even if it seems a bit daunting, and, if you pre-soak the nuts first, then you don't really need to strain the milk.
