Kidney Cleanses

 = some highlights from Dr Richard Schulze and Dr Hulda Clark:

Day 1:

일어나자마자 Water  한 두컵을 마신다. 한 시간 내로  하나의 Lemon juice 에 water 한 두컵을 넣어 마신다.

아침식사는 Fruits or Vegetables juice (섞지 말고)로 대신한다.

점심은 Raw vegetables를 그대로 먹는다.

저녁식사는 steamed vegetables, herb tea 를 먹는다.

 

Upon arising

drink 8-16 ounces of distilled water. 한 두컵.

This is a great way to start your day. The water rinses and flushes your digestive tract of any leftover food and digestive juices.

Within 1 hour  drink the Master Cleanse:this morning flush,

(The Master Cleanse was developed by Stanley Burroughs, a pioneer in the healing industry.

His Master Cleanse Diet is a 10-14 day program; )

however this is just being used in conjunction with the Kidney Cleanse.

·         Juice of one Lemon and one Lime

·         16 to 32 ounces of Distilled Water

·         A pinch of Cayenne Pepper

·         Optional – Genuine Maple Syrup (a little) to Taste

Only use fresh organic (ideally, if possible) lemons or limes.

NOT canned lemon or lime juice nor frozen juice or lemonade

 

Day 1: Breakfast
Live, FRESH fruit or vegetable juice is the best way to get your Vitamins, Minerals and other Essential Nutrients. They are also very important for cleansing and detoxification. If you are hungry before lunch time you may have fruit, diluted fruit juices, and fruit smoothies.

Stop all fruit or fruit juices at least 1 hour before lunch. It is best while on this program not to mix fruit and vegetables together.

Herbal teas can also be added such as Juniper, Parsley, Celery Seed, Watermelon Seed, Marshmallow Root, Oatstraw, Horsetail, Dandelion Root, Corn Silk, Ginger or Uva Ursi.

 

Day 1: Lunch
For lunch you can have diluted fresh raw vegetable juices, raw vegetables alone or in salads, sprouts, potassium broth, and herb teas. You may make dressings for the salad if you like using Olive oil, Avocado, Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Garlic, onions and any Herbs and Spices.

 

Afternoon Snacks: Raw vegetables, raw vegetable salads, diluted vegetable juices, sprouts, potassium broth and herb teas.

 

Day 1: Dinner
Steamed vegetables and herb teas.

Day 2, 3 and 4:   3 day fast.

3일동안 물만 마시면서 단식한다.

아침: 물,

오전 중은 과일주스와 허브차,

오후 중은 체소주스와 허브차,

저녁 때는 과일주스와 허브차.

 

Start with your water, morning flush drink and herbal tea.

Fresh or diluted fruit juices and herb tea until noon,

fresh or diluted vegetable juices, Potassium Broth and herb tea mid-day and afternoon and

diluted fruit juices and herb tea again in the evening.

 

Consume at least 1 gallon 두 되(128 ounces) of liquid. That is 8 ounces every hour! If you get hungry, DRINK MORE!!!

Day 5:

첫 날과 같다.
Today is the day to break your fast. Make this day the same as day #1.

Continuation of the fast with your morning drink and then you can have some fresh fruit. Chew it very slowly and mix each mouthful with plenty of saliva. Remember, breaking your fast is a very important part of this program. Chew your food well and eat until satisfied, not full. You can always eat more later if you are still hungry.

After 1:00 PM you may have a small vegetable salad, and

fruit again in the evening, chewing everything to a liquid pulp.

Remember, this program restricts the types of food you will be eating, not the amount.

If you are hungry at any point during this detoxification program, drink and/or eat more. The more you eat and drink, the more you will flush the toxins out of your body.

Also remember to have a fun time. Your positive, healing attitude is most important to achieve maximum benefits out of this program; be loving to yourself. Take it easy when returning to a new healthy food program. Choose lighter foods for a few days and be careful not to overeat. Chew your food well. Eating smaller meals more often is better than one or two large meals. Enjoy your new set of values on food choices and amounts. Enjoy your journey to the best health.

 

The Kidney Cleanse should be followed by doing a Liver Gallbladder Flush if you choose to do both.

End your day 5 with 2-4 ounces of olive oil (depending on how much you can tolerate) and 2-4 ounces of lemon juice before going to bed.
You can also follow that with a tea.

The next morning, get a colonic but if it is not possible, then take a natural laxative such as 4-6 ounces of aloe vera juice   to cleanse the bowel. Be sure to stay home for this process.  You will be amazed at the results.

 

 

 

Potassium Broth Recipe:
This is a great-tasting addition to your cleansing program. It will flush your system of toxins, poisons and unwanted salts and acids while giving you a concentrated amount of vitamins and minerals.

Potassium broth is also a Vegetable broth made with fresh organic vegetables. We do not want to consume any toxic insecticides, pesticides or inorganic chemical fertilizers while we are on a cleansing and detoxification program.

 

You will need a 5 quart stainless steel pot with a snug fitting lid. Fill with 3 quarts of distilled water.

Wash and dice vegetables, do not peel them.

·         3 potatoes

·         4 large carrots

·         5-6 celery stalks

·         1/2 bunch of greens (collard/spinach/mustard/kale or even a handful of each.)

·         1/2 bunch of parsley

·         1/2 bunch carrot or beet tops

·         2 beets

·         3 zucchini squash

·         String beans are also another great vegetable source to use

 

Boil water, place cut vegetables into the pot let boil again then put on simmer for 1-1.5 hours. Until the vegetables have lost all color. Strain and throw away pulp (vegetables) retain only the liquid.

Drink 2-3 cups daily.

You can change the quantity and types of vegetables in each batch, be creative.

Consistently, use dark green leafy vegetables and potatoes to ensure you are getting potassium, otherwise create your own broth and experiment.  You can use onions and garlic as well for additional taste.

The broth is a nutrient dense meal replacement on almost any cleanse.

 

 

 

 

 

POTASSIUM BROTH

 


Ingredients: 
  • 6 medium Russet Potatoes
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 beets, chopped
  • 1 bunch dark leafy greens (kale, collards, chard)
  • 1/4 stick of kombu
  • 8-10 c water
  • ginger root, 3 1-inch slices
 
Preparation:
Makes 8 cups of broth. (2 days worth)
Measure water into pot, then cover. Bring water to a boil. While water heats up, wash produce gently. (Hard scrubbing removes minerals found in the vegetables' skins). Peel potatoes to a depth of 1/8 inch. Set potato bodies aside for other use, or discard them. Cut other vegetables in half, so they will fit into the pot. When water boils, put all ingredients except potato bodies & ginger into the water. Be sure the water covers the vegetables with an inch or two to spare on top. Bring broth to a boil, with the lid on, then turn down to simmer. Cook covered for 1.5 hours. Add the ginger slices; then continue simmersing with the lid on for 30 minutes. Remove large vegetable matter, then allow small vegetable matter to settle for 5 minutes with the lid on. Ladle into canning jars and fill to neck of jar. This will allow you to expose smaller portions of the broth to airborne bacteria for less time, preventing premature spoiling. To get the last of the broth, pour it through a mesh strainer. 

Puree the vegetables from the broth to have as a side dish using mild spicing as you please. Use only organic vegetables if possible. We do not want to consume any toxic, immune suppressive insecticides, pesticides, and inorganic chemical fertilizers while we are cleansing. Drink three or more cups a day.


 

Health Benefits:
This tri-doshic broth is an excellent electrolyte source and blood builder that is very useful for fasting and the rejuvenation period after cleansing.
